PAYMENT
Orders may not be picked up from any of our Retail Locations or Warehouse.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. We also accept E-Checks through PayPal, but do not ship your order until your payment has cleared. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.

We are PayPal Verified. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store, although, if you already have a PayPal account it does speed up the process when you use it.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to almost every country around the world.
*Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Your item is normally marked as "gift" to help avoid extra fees.

Shipping costs vary on your country and the size of your order. To determine your shipping costs, add your items to your cart, select your country, then press the "Update Total" button.

Standard shipping for orders in the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email used with your PayPal account after your order has been processed for mailing. Updates on package destination is available through the USPS site.

For U.S. Orders: Please allow us 2-4 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 5-10 business days for delivery.
For International Orders: Please allow up to 3-5 weeks for your order to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing.
*Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout.
We do not offer signature confirmation. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not handle or accept merchandise purchased from our Retail Locations. Additionally, items purchased form our Online Shop may not be returned or exchanged in any of our Retail Locations.

All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. We do not honor price adjustments or price matching.

Accessories, bags, skate decks, and footwear are FINAL SALE.

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn/unused condition with tags attached. Please contact us through our Contact page for all order and return inquiries. We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication - please also provide your "reason for return/exchange".
Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, along with any fees that PayPal may apply.

If a product is defective, it may be replaced with a new product (if the item is still in stock and available) at no additional cost.
